How do I choose the right ski length for my ability?
Generally, skis should reach between your chin and the top of your head. Beginners should opt for shorter lengths for better control, while advanced freeriders often prefer longer skis for increased stability at high speeds.
Do Faction skis come pre-waxed and ready to ride?
Yes, all our skis are factory waxed and tuned. However, for the best performance on your first day, we recommend a fresh hot wax to suit the specific snow temperatures of your local mountain.
What is the warranty policy on Faction products?
We offer a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This covers structural issues but does not include damage from rails, rocks, or normal wear and tear.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your location.
Can I return skis if I have already mounted the bindings?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on skis that have been drilled or mounted with bindings. We only accept returns on products in their original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase.
