Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Faction gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that mounted skis are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original shipping box or a similar protective container, ensuring all original tags and protective films are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
